Software patch for PICBASIC PROâ„¢ version 2.50.
Adds support for PIC18F6628, 66J11, 66J16, 6723, 67J11, 8628, 86J11, 86J16, 8723 and 87J11.
Adds Microchip USB 1.2 fixes for PIC18.
Fixes USB for PIC18F87J50 series parts.
Sets Adcin default clock to rc for PIC16F882, 883, 884, 886 and 887.
Fixes Hpwm pin for PIC12F615, PIC12HV615, PIC16F616, 685, 690, 785, PIC16HV616 and 785.
Fixes Hserin2 timeout for PIC18.
Fixes I2C_SLOW Define for PIC18.
Fixes operator precedence in If..Then for long PIC18 (be safe - use parenthesis.)
Fixes Lookup2 for non-long PIC18.

Download and run the following patch file. You must have PICBASIC PROâ„¢ version 2.50. If you have modified files in your 2.50 installation, you may need to reinstall from the PBP 2.50 CD before applying this patch. This is not an upgrade. This patch will not work on versions earlier than 2.50.

good day guys, do you have other links like 4shared to download the compiler, because it's too hard for me to download in rapidshare most of the download site here are block by the government... regards, rov1976

in fact, i didn't see any difference. i'm using v2.3 plus. it has easy usb wizard.
from another site, i downloaded version 3 without installition. but there is no diffrence maybe some bugs is fixed.

Regarding floating point, does anyone have ide how to calculate x^y where x is a integer and y is decimal between 0.5 and 3?

I used div32 with pbp 2.47 the result was irretic and not stable but with pbp2.5 it was very accurate and stable. i think they have done proper work in particularly in mathmatical calculations.

No, only 12(10),16 and 18 series. You need MikroBasic for dsPic.

Missing PBPMPLAB.BAT in Picbasic Pro v2.50

Hello All,

I have installed PicBASIC 2.50 with the upgrades to 2.50b included in the post and then the 2.50c one from Melab's web page. With Microcode Studio works great but, I can't make it work with MPLAB. From the Melabs page it is mentioned that the PBPMPLAB.BAT file must be invoked from MPLAB instead of PBPW.EXE.
The actual situation is that this bat file is not included in the PicBASIC package posted here. I got it from two different mirrors mentioned on this post and the file is not there.
Can somebody post it here or provide a copy of it?

Thnaks a lot DTiziano for the reply and the reference to your other post.
The thing is that I forgot to mention that I'm using MPLAB 8.33 and it appears that this version is not compatible at all with PicBasic 2.50 and below.
I ran the bat file and installed the dll's included on the zip file but, whenever I compile a file MPLAB invokes PBPW (no problem here) and afterwards calls an assembler but it can't find it regardless of MPAS (Microchip) or PM (Melabs).
It appears that the there are two possible ways to go: go back and keep using MPLAB 8.15 of wait for PicBasic pro 2.60 to be released here :-) ...
Correct me if I wrong please.
