hi

try these:
install modelsim 6.4
download the keygen
create the folder c:\flexlm
run the MentorKG.exe, at command line write c:\...\mentorkg -hd -o license.dat
put the license.dat at flexlm folder
run the Licensing Wizard of modelsim and at "user tools" tab click at the edit environment variables,
in "add a new value" write c:\flexlm\license.dat for both LM_LICENSE_FILE and MGLS_LICENSE_FILE
the modelsim now runs full for all of your life

PS if you try to check the validity of license by licensing wizard you get error!, but don't worry modelsim is working...

I downloaded the Modelsim 6.3c from Xilinx site...

I couldn't work MentorKG.exe...
When i started it it closed immediately...
I have windows vista  system, i did what you said but it didn't work?
What can i do??

I use xp pro sp3, the mentorkg.exe you must run in command line, I don't know if it's inoperative under vista, somedody here may write about this

The previous crack stopped working, so I added a new crack.

I just tried it under vista and it works fine.
To tell the truth it gave me a really hard time to make it work.

You can do the same procedure for ModelSim 6.5 SE too.
